About the role
Join Ivy & Jack at the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre as a Food & Beverage Team Leader. You will lead the restaurant and bar team on shift, ensuring smooth service, a vibrant atmosphere and memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead shifts and keep service running smoothly from start to finish.
- Create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for guests and team members.
- Support and develop team members on the floor.
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and professionalism.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to high standards.
- Manage POS transactions and ensure accurate financial handling.
- Work closely with management to drive service quality and efficiency.
- Maintain high cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a fast‑paced F&B environment.
- Natural ability to connect with guests and team members.
- Confidence to lead a team and make decisions during a shift.
- Hands‑on approach – willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage and service standards.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
