Director, Oncology Clinical Educator – West Coast

About the role

The Director, Oncology Clinical Educator will join Syndax’s Customer Engagement Team to lead clinical education for oncology patient‑care teams across the West Coast. This senior position supports FDA‑approved therapies and prepares the market for upcoming pipeline products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic regional education plan for nurses, nurse navigators, pharmacists, APPs and, as needed, physicians.
• Deliver approved clinical education materials and training sessions to oncology treatment teams.
• Analyze account dynamics to identify educational objectives and clinical challenges.
• Select and deploy appropriate educational tools, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal Commercial Learning & Development and external advocacy groups to enhance education initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for regional colleagues and support sales‑training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in oncology clinical education or a related therapeutic area.
• Strong ability to build relationships with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, planning and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to translate clinical data into practical educational content.
• Commitment to compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
