Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of data science projects, from problem definition to production and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement advanced models, generative AI tools, and insight‑driven products that exceed standard analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional squads and stakeholders to test ideas early, demonstrate value, and iterate based on feedback.
• Work in agile environments, gaining deep business knowledge and applying expertise where it matters most.
• Contribute to the growth of the data science capability by sharing knowledge, raising standards, and shaping best practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Hands‑on experience with MLOps, AIOps, or data‑engineering practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy AI solutions in production environments.
• Excellent analytical, statistical, and modelling abilities across structured and unstructured data.
• Effective communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear, practical recommendations.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, agile settings.
