About the role
As a Customer Specialist at ASB, you will be the front‑line contact for customers in our Kerikeri and Kaikohe Advice Centres. You will help customers with everyday banking tasks, answer a wide range of queries, and guide them toward using our digital and self‑service options.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate assistance to customers across multiple channels (in‑person, phone, online).
- Handle routine banking transactions and resolve queries efficiently.
- Promote and support the use of ASB’s digital banking tools.
- Assist in keeping branch operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Required profile
- Ability to build genuine, strong relationships with customers.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Quick learner who adapts confidently to new processes.
