About the role
As a Customer Care Consultant for Cover‑More Travel Insurance, you will be the voice customers build trust with from the very first call. This 12‑month contract position offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to balance time in the Auckland CBD office with remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering clear and friendly communication that builds trust.
