Corporate Travel Consultant – Nationwide

About the role

As a Corporate Travel Consultant you will join Flight Centre’s nationwide team to help businesses plan and manage their travel arrangements. The position is fast‑paced, rewarding and offers the chance to work with a variety of corporate clients across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end travel solutions for corporate customers, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and ancillary services.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel policies and delivering cost‑effective options.
• Utilise the company’s booking platforms and tools to secure reservations and manage changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Track sales performance and contribute to revenue targets through upselling and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Interest in the travel industry and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
