About the role
Grace International is looking for a Licensed Immigration Advisor to join its Auckland team in a full‑time, hybrid capacity. You will guide clients through every stage of the immigration journey, ensuring their applications are accurate, compliant and submitted on time.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on immigration policies, visa options and compliance requirements.
- Prepare, review and submit visa applications on behalf of clients.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and records for each case.
- Research current immigration regulations and apply findings to client cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Required profile
- Deep knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage diverse clients.
- Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough regulatory research.
- Certified or experienced as a Licensed Immigration Advisor.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
