Lead Front-End Engineer

About the role

You will lead the design, development, and evolution of modern front‑end applications for a high‑traffic, customer‑facing digital platform. Working closely with product, design, QA, platform and engineering teams, you will drive technical excellence and mentor engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of React, Next.js, and TypeScript based web applications.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and technical consistency across teams.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, performance, accessibility, and technical SEO.
• Enhance observability through monitoring, analytics, and performance tooling.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical planning, and engineering roadmaps.
• Champion AI‑assisted development practices to boost productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven senior or lead experience building and scaling customer‑facing web applications.
• Strong understanding of front‑end architecture, rendering strategies, and web performance.
• Experience improving Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and overall user experience.
• Solid knowledge of Node.js and integration with APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern CI/CD delivery practices.
