Website Content Publisher

About the role

The Website Content Publisher joins ANZ's Marketing Performance team to keep the bank’s public website current, accurate and engaging. Working from Auckland, you will collaborate with content owners and various stakeholders to deliver high‑quality digital experiences that align with ANZ’s brand and accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build, publish and maintain web content on the ANZ website, meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage a Jira board to track content publishing requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with content owners to verify updates, gather documentation and confirm approvals.
• Follow approval, publishing and content‑management processes to minimise risk.
• Support content design and optimisation initiatives, contributing to a seamless customer journey.
• Perform regular content maintenance activities, including audits and updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an enterprise content management system (CMS) for publishing and updating web content.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
• Excellent organisational skills, including time‑management, prioritisation and self‑motivation.
• Collaborative problem‑solver with demonstrated stakeholder‑management abilities.
