About the role

FreeAppStore is looking for a WebApp Developer Volunteer to help build and improve browser‑based applications that run directly in the user’s browser. This unpaid, remote position offers hands‑on experience working on real products used worldwide, ideal for aspiring developers and students eager to learn modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance responsive, user‑friendly web applications.
• Collaborate on full‑stack features, including frontend interfaces and backend integrations.
• Assist with AI integrations, automation, and performance optimisation.
• Contribute reusable components, architecture decisions, and testing.
• Work remotely with other developers using modern open‑source tooling.

Required profile

• Basic experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
