About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor leads the daily performance of the warehouse team, ensuring that people, products and processes are well coordinated. This role supports safe, efficient and reliable operations while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day warehouse activities, coordinating people, products and processes.
- Ensure safe, efficient and reliable warehouse operations.
- Provide clear leadership across logistics, documentation, quality control and team development.
- Set standards for behaviour, accountability and performance.
- Build team capability through coaching, feedback and structured training.
- Support operators to perform their roles effectively.
- Maintain the required working hours of 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
