Warehouse Services Assistant

About the role

You will be an essential member of our Onehunga warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations from order picking to dispatch, while operating key machinery to meet customer delivery expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Receive and unload domestic and international containers.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks and order pickers.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations, equipment and common areas.
• Support stocktake counts and keep stock presentation orderly.
• Follow health, safety and MPI processes at all times.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to handle loads up to 20 kg.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
• Basic warehouse knowledge and eagerness to learn.
