• Create personalised itineraries that include flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance and more.
• Provide expert travel advice and recommendations based on customers’ preferences and budgets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, showing respect and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships and encouraging repeat business.
• Manage bookings, invoices and the travel booking system efficiently while multitasking with customers.
