Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for a fast‑growing NZ‑owned FMCG business. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive performance, support international demand, and help scale operations as the company expands into new export markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management and S&OP processes.
• Manage purchasing, supplier relationships and co‑manufacturing partnerships, including overseas partners.
• Collaborate with 3PL and co‑manufacturing partners to ensure timely execution of plans and product availability.
• Analyse supply chain data, produce reports and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Support the CEO in evaluating and appointing additional co‑manufacturing partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain management within a high‑growth, export‑focused consumer products environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, preferably in FMCG.
• Ability to build and influence relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Hands‑on approach to daily supply chain operations and a passion for driving results.
