About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across ANZ Aotearoa, shaping inclusive and high-quality recruitment experiences for specialist and business-critical positions. You will lead end-to-end hiring processes, balancing governance, candidate experience and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand current and future capability needs and deliver end-to-end recruitment for complex, specialist roles.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing strategic recruitment advice throughout the hiring cycle.
• Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices, supporting ANZ’s diversity ambitions and coaching leaders to challenge traditional recruitment thinking.
• Leverage market insights, talent intelligence and proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-calibre talent.
• Manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously while ensuring compliance with governance requirements and maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior-level recruitment experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex governance frameworks while delivering quality outcomes.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring and diversity initiatives.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
