Senior Manager Risk Infrastructure

About the role

As a Senior Manager Risk Infrastructure within ANZ's Wholesale Lending Origination team, you will drive the evolution of lending and credit processes, ensuring they are simpler, more consistent and data‑driven. You will work closely with Business, Technology and Risk partners to enhance the systems and decisioning capabilities that underpin credit decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transformation of lending and credit processes to deliver simpler, more consistent outcomes for customers and bankers.
• Enhance risk systems, decisioning capabilities and data to enable effective and efficient lending decisions.
• Translate business requirements into practical process and technology solutions that meet risk and operational goals.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues and opportunities while driving continuous improvement across projects and operations.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology and Risk stakeholders to embed risk considerations into solution design and ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Ensure all solutions comply with governance, regulatory, privacy and policy requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with credit risk data, decisioning systems and risk infrastructure platforms in a lending environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work across cross‑functional teams and manage transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
