About the role
ZatoZato is looking for a senior Sales Manager to drive growth of its accounting‑firm platform across New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Sales ANZ, you will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing and hand‑over to implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage accounting firms across NZ, using your network and outbound outreach.
- Deliver compelling product demos to partners, directors and firm owners, handling objections on the spot.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline with clear conversion metrics at each stage.
- Travel regularly for firm visits, industry events and relationship development.
- Execute and refine the ANZ sales rhythm and process as the function scales.
- Represent ZatoZato at industry forums and feed market intelligence back to the commercial team.
Required profile
- 4‑8 years of experience in commercial sales, business development or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep network within the ANZ accounting sector and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
- Background in accounting, accounting software, or experience selling to accounting firm partners and directors.
