About the role

We are looking for UK‑trained Registered Nurses to join primary healthcare teams across New Zealand. The role offers full‑time, permanent positions in a supportive environment that values clinical autonomy and long‑term patient relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality primary care to diverse patient groups, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide preventative health services and health‑promotion initiatives.
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, families and whanau.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve community health outcomes.
• Offer culturally responsive care, respecting Māori concepts of connection and community.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification recognised in the United Kingdom.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand or willingness to obtain the necessary visa.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous professional development.
