Registered Nurse – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Coldstream Lifecare & Village in Ashburton. This permanent, full‑time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents within a supportive, culturally diverse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Caregivers to deliver high‑quality resident care.
• Develop, monitor, and update individual care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families, and GPs.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand or abroad.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset with empathy and a drive for continuous improvement.
