About the role
Join one of New Zealand’s most ambitious renewable energy projects as a Quality Supervisor. You will work across the full lifecycle of the Te Mihi 2A geothermal development, from design through construction to commissioning, ensuring that every component of the steamfield and power station meets the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support quality assurance planning and implementation throughout the project.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project leaders to align quality expectations.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in processes and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with technical and contractual requirements on site.
- Maintain robust reporting and documentation systems for quality control.
Required profile
- Practical mindset with the ability to stay calm in a busy project environment.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to build relationships across teams.
- Comfortable working on site and handling complex documentation challenges.
