Psychology Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role
The Psychology Quality Assurance Lead will oversee the quality and consistency of psychology‑focused AI training data. Working remotely on an hourly contract, you will review AI‑generated content, evaluate trainer output, and ensure adherence to detailed project rubrics.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI‑generated psychology content for accuracy, ethical compliance, and mental‑health safety.
- Provide precise written feedback to trainers and QA contributors.
- Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to the team.
- Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain documentation of quality standards.
- Monitor trainer performance and activate contributors who are not consistently working.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD or equivalent professional background in psychology‑related fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in psychology research, clinical or counseling settings, behavioral science, or related content review.
- Strong command of English for written feedback and guideline interpretation.
- Deep understanding of psychological theories, research methods, ethics, and mental‑health safety considerations.
- Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics and flag overdiagnosis, unsafe advice, pseudoscience, or stigmatizing language.
