Project & Infrastructure Finance Solicitor (1-7 PQE)

About the role

Join a nationally recognised team shaping New Zealand’s most significant infrastructure and energy projects. You will advise on financing, structuring and delivery of complex, high‑profile initiatives, including major infrastructure developments, energy transition programmes and public‑private partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on project finance and structured finance transactions.
• Support major infrastructure and energy development projects from inception to completion.
• Advise on public‑private partnership (PPP) structures and related contractual arrangements.
• Assist with acquisitions, development and funding of large‑scale assets.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 1–7 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated experience in project finance work‑streams and complex infrastructure or energy transactions.
