Podcast Producer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote Podcast Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creation of compelling audio series. You will work closely with hosts, guests and content teams to turn ideas into polished episodes that engage listeners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full podcast production workflow, from planning and recording to editing and publishing.
• Coordinate with hosts, guests and contributors to schedule recordings and prepare content.
• Oversee audio editing, mixing and mastering to ensure professional sound quality.
• Develop episode outlines and scripts in collaboration with content teams.
• Source and integrate music, sound effects and other audio elements as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of episodes according to production schedules.
• Monitor analytics and audience feedback to inform future content improvements.
• Maintain organized archives of audio files and production assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing podcasts or similar audio content.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality audio.
• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and RSS feed management.
• Creative problem‑solving and adaptability to evolving project needs.
