Part‑Time Banking Consultant – Retail Services

About the role

ANZ is looking for a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its Glenfield branch. You will help customers across the retail product set, delivering exceptional service, guiding them through transactions, and promoting digital banking solutions (excluding home lending).

Key responsibilities

• Deliver positive customer outcomes and high satisfaction at every interaction.
• Use ANZ frameworks to assess financial needs, provide suitable solutions or refer to the appropriate business line.
• Educate customers on digital banking benefits and demonstrate easy ways to use banking services.
• Support team members with branch workload and share ideas for continuous improvement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank processes, products, and services to confidently meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to achieve outcomes and deliver quality service.
• Consumer lending capability at a basic level.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking skills.
