Online Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Online Assistant to pick and pack online orders for Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. The role involves ensuring orders are prepared accurately, efficiently and safely, while supporting our customers through clear communication with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
• Communicate with other teams about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any order enquiries.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Understanding of good customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective team player with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the entire shift.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude and a smile.
