Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online grocery orders for customers across the country. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring orders are prepared accurately, safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Support the online fulfilment team during scheduled shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to follow processes and make customer‑first decisions.
