Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping our customers receive their grocery orders accurately and on time. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, picking and packing online orders while ensuring safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online grocery orders efficiently, accurately and safely.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer enquiries.
• Maintain a positive health‑and‑safety attitude for yourself and teammates.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good team player who communicates clearly with colleagues.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude and a smile.
