New Vehicle Preparation Coordinator

About the role

As the New Vehicle Preparation Coordinator you will be the hub of the Order‑to‑Delivery (O2D) process, ensuring that each new Scania vehicle moves smoothly from order confirmation through logistics, preparation and final delivery to the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics, preparation and delivery activities for new vehicles.
• Maintain accurate work‑in‑progress (WIP) records.
• Confirm and communicate all technical, legal and customer‑specific requirements before delivery.
• Perform advance vehicle checks to prevent downstream issues.
• Liaise with sales account managers, logistics partners, workshops and the wider Scania network to ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in automotive, transport, logistics, fleet or vehicle preparation environments.
• Exposure to administration, coordination or order‑to‑delivery processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.
