About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications that drive customer outcomes and a strong return on marketing investment. This permanent, full‑time role is based in Auckland and operates on a hybrid schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Understand audience behaviours, journeys and channels to design and deliver effective marketing programmes.
- Manage paid and direct‑channel campaigns, collaborating with agency partners from briefing through optimisation.
- Work within a high‑performance team to identify creative opportunities and experiment with new approaches.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear marketing plans and customer‑facing activities.
- Lead social and content initiatives that engage key audiences.
- Use data, measurement and optimisation to continuously improve ROMI.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Motivated self‑starter who can work both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Proven track record of managing projects and campaigns, including stakeholder management.
- Experience working with external creative, media and event agencies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and deliver audience‑led, commercially effective marketing.
