Logistics Coordinator – ANZ Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our ANZ operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and seamless coordination with third‑party logistics partners across New Zealand. The role is central to maintaining system accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement in our supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with 3PL partners throughout New Zealand.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory control, including batch, expiry (FEFO) and stock reconciliation in SAP.
• Investigate and resolve stock variances between SAP and 3PL systems.
• Manage logistics‑related invoices, cost tracking and reporting.
• Support export order processing (air, sea, road) and prepare shipping documentation.
• Coordinate product relabeling and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Create SAP stock transfer orders (STOs) to replenish inventory across locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, 3PL partners and regional stakeholders to maintain high service levels.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics coordination and inventory management.
• Familiarity with third‑party logistics (3PL) operations.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
