Junior Journalist AI Trainer (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Junior Journalist to act as an AI Trainer. You will help train AI models by creating clear, fact-checked text and designing prompts that improve the system’s reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Craft original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on project guidelines.
• Generate challenging prompts to test AI capabilities.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI answers.
• Follow style and quality standards to ensure consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Journalism, Communications, PR, or related fields.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Stable internet connection and openness to part-time, non-permanent projects.
