About the role
We are looking for a freelance Junior Journalist to act as an AI Trainer. You will help train AI models by creating clear, fact-checked text and designing prompts that improve the system’s reasoning and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Craft original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on project guidelines.
- Generate challenging prompts to test AI capabilities.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI answers.
- Follow style and quality standards to ensure consistency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Journalism, Communications, PR, or related fields.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Stable internet connection and openness to part-time, non-permanent projects.

- Project-based freelance work with flexible hours (estimated 10‑20 hours per week during active phases).
- Compensation up to $30 per hour, depending on contribution level and pace.
