Intermediate/Senior Finance Solicitor – Auckland

About the role

Chapman Tripp's Auckland Finance Practice is seeking an intermediate or senior level solicitor to join a high‑performing team focused on bond issuances, structured finance and financial regulation. You will work on innovative financial market transactions for corporate, bank, fund and other prestigious clients, covering sustainable finance, securitisations, regulatory capital and derivatives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and execute bond issuances, structured finance deals and regulatory capital transactions.
• Provide legal support for sustainable finance, securitisation structures and derivatives across a range of high‑profile clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience in a busy commercial law firm with exposure to corporate finance and financial markets.
• Strong academic background and a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
