Intermediate Engineer – Product & Engineering

About the role

We are looking for Junior to Intermediate Engineers who have a strong product instinct and are passionate about solving unsolved problems in the agri‑tech space. You will work on a system that combines hardware, software and AI to help farmers manage their livestock and pasture more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver end‑to‑end features and systems, from farmer‑facing interfaces to backend services and infrastructure.
• Transform thousands of collar sensor events into actionable decisions for farmers.
• Model physical world elements such as animals, pasture and terrain for real‑time actions.
• Develop mobile and web experiences that operate reliably in remote, low‑connectivity environments.
• Create scalable platforms and data pipelines that support rapid growth.
• Engineer solutions that cope with constrained hardware and flaky rural connectivity while maintaining a fast delivery pace.

Required profile

• Junior or intermediate level engineer with a deep product focus.
• Comfortable working on frontend, backend, full‑stack or platform components.
• Ability to ship robust, thoughtful code and raise engineering standards.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools effectively in development.
