Growth & Development Facilitator (Remote, NZ)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join Intuitive Mindset Limited as Growth and Development Facilitators. Working remotely from anywhere in New Zealand, you will support clients enrolled in our structured leadership and personal‑development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Guide participants through professional‑development modules focused on mindset, communication and self‑leadership.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor progress and help achieve personal goals.
• Communicate regularly with clients via digital channels to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Operate independently while accessing company‑provided training, resources and mentorship.

Required profile

• Background in consulting, coaching, client engagement, marketing or a related professional field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable using standard digital tools.
• Interest in leadership, personal growth and helping others develop.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common digital communication platforms (email, video‑conference, collaboration tools).
