Graduate Business Development & Marketing Associate (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate to support our sales team, using AI tools to work faster and smarter. The role focuses on driving pipeline through prospect research, meeting preparation, outreach, and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospects and markets, turning findings into clear briefs for the sales team.
• Draft and send outreach communications, managing follow‑ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and keep the CRM up to date.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate research, preparation, and daily tasks.

Required profile

• Completed degree, preferably BCom or Marketing, with strong grades in English and Maths.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for work or personal productivity and ability to craft effective prompts.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem‑breaking skills and sound judgement.
• Genuine interest in technology, quick to adopt new digital tools.
• Commercially minded, tech‑curious graduate seeking early ownership.
