Finance Manager – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Finance Manager to join a fast‑growing FMCG business in Manukau. The role is hands‑on and offers the opportunity to influence financial performance across the entire organisation. You will work on‑site, collaborating closely with operations and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Develop, monitor and update budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision‑making.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Maintain cash‑flow models and provide recommendations to improve liquidity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant finance qualification preferred but not mandatory.
