The Data Annotator will evaluate model‑generated responses and provide structured, evidence‑based feedback. This remote, contract position supports high‑impact AI model training and evaluation initiatives with a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assess model outputs for accuracy, reasoning quality, and clarity.
- Write detailed rationales and critical assessments for each evaluated response.
- Identify nuanced meanings, implicit cues, and reasoning gaps.
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently with strong attention to detail.
- Deliver clear, precise, and well‑supported feedback independently, without assistance tools.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in analytical writing, critical reading, and structured evaluation.
- Native‑level English fluency with exceptional written communication.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed evaluation frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree from a globally recognized university (preferred).
