Clinical & Medical AI Expert (English Speakers)

About the role

As a Clinical & Medical AI Expert you will join TELUS Digital’s AI Community to ensure that artificial intelligence systems used in healthcare deliver medically accurate and safe outputs. You will work with large language models, reviewing and annotating clinical data so that AI can reason like a board‑certified professional.

Key responsibilities

• Audit AI “Chain‑of‑Thought” reasoning for diagnostics against international clinical protocols (ICD‑11, DSM‑5).
• Verify drug interaction, dosage, and contraindication information using peer‑reviewed literature.
• Label complex biomedical datasets, including MRI/CT images, pathology reports, and genomic data, to improve visual‑spatial reasoning.
• Identify and mitigate medical hallucinations, creating safety guardrails for clinical deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Biomedical Sciences.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language and at least B1 English for technical reporting.
• Successful completion of a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
