Campaign Analyst

About the role

As a Campaign Analyst within ANZ’s Personalisation function, you will transform customer data into precise, targeted marketing campaigns. You will ensure that campaign delivery is efficient, accurate and compliant, helping the bank connect with customers at the right moment.

Key responsibilities

• Enable data‑driven customer engagement by translating business and stakeholder requirements into targeted campaign outputs.
• Deliver campaign communications on schedule, maintaining high‑quality execution from brief to launch.
• Apply regulatory, credit‑risk and data‑governance standards to protect customers and the bank’s reputation.
• Support the creation, refinement and measurement of campaign programmes and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and optimal campaign performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability with experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL or AWS SageMaker for data manipulation and modelling.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Understanding of corporate data management, regulatory and risk considerations.
