About the role
We are seeking a Business Services Administrator to provide six‑month maternity leave cover for our New Zealand Business Services team in Auckland. You will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office and create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver general office and administrative support.
- Act as the first point of contact at reception.
- Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Coordinate meetings, small office events and room bookings.
- Process travel requests, expense claims, timesheets and purchase orders.
Required profile
- Previous experience in office administration, reception or customer service.
- Well‑organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
