Account Manager – South Waikato Region

About the role

Halter is seeking a driven Account Manager to support dairy farms across the South Waikato region. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximise the value of Halter’s technology and achieve sustainable, productive outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue retention, renewals and expansion targets for existing accounts in the region.
• Manage the full account lifecycle, from contract renewal to upselling additional services.
• Support onboarding, training and implementation of the Halter system on farms.
• Build genuine, trustworthy relationships with farmers, their teams and families.
• Partner with customers to define business goals, timelines, priorities and success metrics.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, performance‑oriented professional.
• Passionate about helping farmers succeed and adopt new technology.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout South Waikato.
• Based anywhere in the South Waikato region.
