Village Customer Specialist

About the role

This permanent part‑time position (20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday) supports the Care Home and Village Manager in operating the Village and driving sales of Village Units, Apartments and Care Suites. You will help create a vibrant community for current residents while welcoming new residents to join.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Village Manager with day‑to‑day operations of the Village.
• Promote and sell Village Units, Apartments and Care Suites to prospective residents.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.
• Maintain a lively, welcoming environment for all Village occupants.
• Deliver presentations and public‑speaking engagements to showcase the Village.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations.
• Proven sales track record with achievement of KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Experience delivering services to a high quality standard.
