About the role
The EY Grants Accelerator (EYGA) is a secure, scalable solution for grant administration, financial tracking and regulatory compliance. As a User Experience (UX) Designer you will shape end‑to‑end user experiences across web and mobile applications, ensuring they are usable, accessible and aligned with platform constraints.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities such as user interviews, workshops and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes, interaction flows and prototypes for enterprise web and mobile platforms.
- Align designs with existing design systems and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, business analysts and change teams to ensure UX integrates with solution architecture and cloud/low‑code platforms.
- Produce design hand‑off documentation and support QA and continuous‑improvement cycles.
- Customize and optimise digital and cloud‑based solutions within complex enterprise environments.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing enterprise‑grade web and mobile applications.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear user journeys.
- Strong communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with discovery‑led design processes and usability testing.
