• Create customised itineraries covering flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance and more.
• Provide expert travel advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening, respect and a positive attitude.
• Manage bookings, generate invoices and operate the company’s booking systems.
• Maintain accurate records and multitask between front‑of‑house interactions and back‑office tasks.
