About the role
We are seeking a Teacher of Mathematics to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will design challenging math problems, assess the bots' solutions, and measure their progress to improve model quality. The role requires expert‑level mathematical reasoning and can be performed fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex mathematics problems.
- Evaluate the bots' outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and performance.
- Track and report progress of AI models over time.
- Collaborate with the team to refine problem sets and evaluation criteria.
Required profile
- Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Required skills
- Proficiency in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Strong inductive and deductive reasoning abilities.
