About the role

ZURU is looking for a Talent Associate to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. This is an entry‑level recruitment role where you will learn the full hiring cycle, partner with business leaders, and influence hiring decisions that drive the company forward.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply recruitment and sourcing fundamentals across ZURU’s businesses.
• Screen candidates, assess fit, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Own end‑to‑end hiring processes for assigned roles, from outreach to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Contribute to a fast‑paced, high‑impact hiring environment that supports ZURU’s growth.
