About the role
Join Maven’s Tauranga office as a Surveyor/Survey Technician, working on a blend of office and field projects. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values professional growth and meaningful work across the Bay of Plenty and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare scheme plans and land transfer surveys.
- Conduct spatial surveys, including topographical, as‑built, set‑out, LiDAR, and photogrammetry drone surveys.
- Liaise with clients and key project stakeholders.
- Balance office duties with on‑site field work.
Required profile
- Relevant tertiary qualification (BSurv or NDS).
- At least 3 years of New Zealand industry experience (consideration given to less).
- Confident communicator with a solution‑driven mindset.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet time‑ and budget‑constraints.
Required skills
- Experience with Landonline (desirable).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, or 12D (advantage).
