Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Zeagold Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations across its egg production business. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Supply Chain, you will coordinate S&OP, demand planning, materials planning and logistics to ensure a smooth flow from farm to depot.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve the full supply chain, including S&OP, demand and supply planning, and logistics management.
• Develop, embed and champion S&OP processes across the organisation.
• Drive cost‑efficiency while maintaining high‑quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with production, quality, finance and distribution teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing supply chain functions within a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, materials planning and logistics.
• Leadership capability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance cost optimisation with service quality.
