Store Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a premium fashion retail environment at our busy Sylvia Park location in Auckland. The role is fast‑paced, people‑focused and centred on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 13 staff members, fostering a positive and motivating culture.
• Drive sales performance, meet KPIs and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Maintain premium visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management and staffing rotas (Tuesday–Saturday).
• Identify and act on opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling and increasing average transaction value.

Required profile

• Previous store management experience in fashion, lifestyle or premium retail is essential.
• Passionate about styling, leadership and delivering a superior customer experience.
• Commercially minded, hands‑on and able to work in a high‑volume environment.
