Senior System Engineer

About the role

LawVu is seeking a Senior System Engineer to own and operate its internal IT and productivity toolset. The role will work closely with Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Security and Platform teams to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient services across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage a Microsoft‑centric infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365 and related management tools.
• Define and operate identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra.
• Lead endpoint lifecycle management, including MDM policy, procurement, provisioning and decommissioning.
• Maintain physical infrastructure such as internet connectivity, networking, access controls, AV/meeting rooms and printing.
• Establish ITIL‑based service operation processes and policies to balance risk and delivery speed.
• Collaborate with the Security team to ensure compliance with internal security policies, ISO/SOC standards, MFA and endpoint protection.
• Partner with stakeholders to select and integrate business services (e.g., HRIS, FMIS) for a cohesive technology environment.
• Engage and manage external vendors and technical resources as needed.
• Drive automation, AI and emerging technologies to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
